Overview
🎯 Objective
An Inventory feed via Auction 123 to dealer's Google business profile (click to see an example on Bretz RV’s profile). When a shopper clicks the View All link, it goes to a search results page on Google with all inventory plus the dealer’s location, phone, Google Reviews, and Directions link. When the shopper clicks a unit, it takes them to the VDP on dealer’s website.
Provides an option to Facebook's former vehicle listings.
Shortens the path for shoppers to purchase.
Creates visibility to inventory for shoppers when they search Google or Maps.
⚙️ How Does it Work
The dealer must have a Google Profile (formerly GMB) that is categorized as an RV Dealer.
If the dealer has multiple locations, each location must have a separate Profile.
Google will only show the inventory housed at that location.
The Profile is set up by the dealer, not IRV.
If the dealer has used a different profile, they will need to add RV Dealer as primary category.
Inventory must have the following items or the unit will be excluded:
A full and accurate VIN (Google runs these through a VIN checker)
An MSRP or Sale price
Motorized inventory must include mileage
NEW Towable inventory is allowed with 0 mileage*
USED Towable inventory is currently being addressed with Google. At this point, we don’t know if it will be excluded or if we can override mileage by adding 1. More to come on this.
Inventory may include RVs, Trailers, Powersports, Trucks and Heavy Trucks.
These classes are not allowed and will be excluded if they’re in the feed: Marine, Golf Carts, E-Bikes, OPF, Heavy Equipment

Setup/Enable
📖 Instructions
Refer the dealer to Upsell to get the agreement signed.
Once signed, the AM will:
Add as an Upsell to the Cash Tracking Doc and the AM’s commission tracker with an ETA for fulfillment 10 days out.
Use the Auction 123 portal to setup a new account or upgrade an existing account.
Check “Upgrade” and search the dealership name/location before setting up a new account. If they have an existing account, use that.
InteractRV Export ID, use the dealer’s area code and phone less the last digit
Choose Google Vehicle Listings at the bottom of the form.
Set up a separate A123 account for each dealer location that will advertise.
Once Auction123 has set up new accounts, they will request an inventory feed to support@interactRV.com. For existing accounts, they already have the feed and will process it for Google.
Note on your calendar for 3 days out to verify with Support that they’ve received the feed request from A123 and provided it. If they have not, create a task for support to expedite the feed to A123.
Processing from A123 setup to seeing inventory on Google should be 7-10 days.

Product Support
Each IRV account manager will receive a login to the Auction 123 Portal. (This should not be shared with dealers.) If there are inventory issues during setup, such as exclusions for VIN or price, or other issues that need to be resolved, you’ll see these in the portal and should followup as needed. More information to come.
