Obtained CRM list from Reina of accounts being billed for SEO services.
started audit - checking that SEO contract item in CRM matches the package we are fulfilling and that the correct rep is assigned in the CRM.

recently finished going through list and filtered for issues. Shared doc online and currently going through list of clients SEO is fulfilling but don’t have active SEO Contract items.

Created a breakdown of clients with SEO contract item issues, the likely causes, and whether the issue is expected to continue with changed processes. Emailed to Lance & Grant to pass along to Erica.
A list of clients we are fulfilling but were missing active contract items in the CRM were sent to CS and billing on 7/3, CS has added comments but still waiting for billing to look at it. Concluded that only billing can handle any clients that had duplicate contract items.
