When a new sale occurs for Digital Marketing, a task will appear on the DigMS Order Onboarding list.
All new sales, regardless of website status (live, not live, transferring from a different business unit) will be entered onto the planners as they come in so that the First Month Task process can begin.
The SEO Operations Specialist will enter information on the respective planner.

Required information
Column B: Account Number (Customer ID)
The account number can be found by clicking into the task, then into the Account.
Column C: Account Name
The Account Name can be found on the Task screen on the right hand column.
Column C: Website (link to account name)
Column E: Product + Budgets
Find out what product was sold by clicking into Task and reading the notes. If more information is needed, click Regarding order in the Task.
Column F: Contracted Start Date (Effective Date)
The approximate Contracted Start Date will be provided in the Billing Notes for the Order. However, if the Sales team has not provided this date, the Contracted Start Date for the project service can be found under the Digital Marketing Project > Project Services.
Column K: Contact name, number, and email address
This information will be provided by the Sales team on the Sales Notes in the Order. Otherwise, information can be found in the Task window.
Column L: Notes
Sales notes should be readily available on the Task window under Description.
The respective Digital Marketing team lead is responsible for checking the planner for new sales and assigning the appropriate rep in Column D (Rep), as well as assign the rep in the CRM per instructions found here: https://arinet.atlassian.net/l/cp/bHg2imkq.
Once the SEO Operations Specialist has entered information for the sale, they will mark the item on the DigMS Order Onboarding List as Complete by doing the following:
Put a checkmark to the left of the item in the row.
Click Mark Complete on the top row.
