The content writing team currently uses the Actions Taken field in a Fulfillment Task to report the content type of each task. Although the leadership team initially tries to identify the content type before a fulfillment task is claimed, the writers may get to the task before the leadership is able to get to the task. Even if the Action Item field has already been filled out, further clarification of how the task was fulfilled helps classify the content type, the fulfillment method, and the natural workflow of the team.

Here’s how you, the writer, can help!

Step 1: When you open up your fulfillment task, read the request, then look under the Actions Taken field in the Fulfillment Task Details section.

Step 2: To edit the Actions Taken field, double click anywhere on the field or click the pencil icon to the far right of any field.
