If you cannot find a particular component in the ARI CMSunder the "Active Components" underĀ Admin > Account > Components, proceed through the following steps to verify that the component is available to you.

  • Go to the Components Library
    1. In the ARI CMS, go to Admin > Account > Components and look for the component in the Inactive Components tab
        if
        1. If the component is not listed, it may be that it's not part of your website package. Contact your ARI representative or ARI Support to inquire about having the component added.
