Component isn't in my library

If you cannot find a particular component under the "Active Components" under Admin > Account > Components, proceed through the following steps to verify that the component is available to you.

Please note: Only "Admin" users can access components. If you need "Admin" access, please talk to an existing "Admin" user on your account, or contact your ARI representaive.

  • Go to the Components Library
    1. In the ARI CMS, go to Admin > Account > Components and look for the component in the Inactive Components tab
      1. If the component is not listed, it may be that it's not part of your website package. Contact your ARI representative or ARI Support to inquire about having the component added.
