Log in to NinjaCat If you have a multi-agency account click Click the impersonate icon according to the type of client(DS or ARI ). Dismiss this step if you have a single-agency account.
3. Before adding a new account, verify that there’s no current or old account already created for this client. If they don’t, proceed to step 4 4. Click on Add accounts A window will pop up and you’ll have to add the following information: Company Logo: Open the dealer’s website to download the logo and upload it here. Company Name: Name of the account we would like to add, please use the same as the title in the DigMS First-Month board Trello cardSalesforce Account. Company Website: URL of the website for the account. Primary Contact: Project Salesforce ID from their CRM projectSalesforce account. You can find it almost at the end of the CRM project link provided in the Trello cardSalesforce account URL. We currently have an automatization in place that requires us to add this ID instead of the account’s contact. Image RemovedImage Added Email: Found in the CRM project contact info section. Phone Number: Found in the CRM project contact info section. External ID: Same Salesforce ID from their Salesforce account. SEO Dealers: If the dealer is an SEO dealer please add the All SEO Dealers tag. Dealer Types: Specify the general type.

Click on the plus sign in the Data Sources section to add a new data source and choose Search Console from the list of data source types. Here we’ll choose a network and a GSC property. Each network represents a different Google account so choose accordingly where the property is stored.

Click on the plus sign in the Data Sources section to add a new data source and choose Google Analytics 4 from the list of data source types. Similar to Google Search Console each Google account is represented as a Network, so go to “General” options and choose accordingly where the property is stored. Select the GA4 network where the GA account is stored (it will always be the last one named as Google Analytics GA4). Select the GA account where the property is stored. Select the Property, you can look for it using their GA tracking code or name.

| Connecting client sheets requires an extra step of adding a connection to a specific Ninjacat mapping before directly adding it as a data source. To do this:
Click on the settings menu in the bottom left of your screen this will pop up a menu where we can configure Data Sources.

PW, WD, and PW Import Master Mapping
In this mapping, we’ll add a connection to the Work Done Import tab from the client sheet. Navigate to the Connections tab and click the Add Connections button.

SEOMonitor Master Mapping
In this mapping, we’ll add a connection to the DS Import tab from the client sheet. Navigate to the Connections tab and click the Add Connections button.

Now that the connections are saved and ready we can go ahead and add them as data sources for the account.
