I am going to spend 1.5 hours with each team member this month to evaluation their workflow process and look for ways to speed them up in order to improve client capacity.
Met with all team members and have started laying out a new monthly workflow process General outline is done, waiting for a little more information from SF to see how much I am going to need to alter the specifics. I want to make sure we are mapping the workflow to each click to be the most efficient.
