Audit and Correct FWD Rows

Reps will go through all their client’s checking the FWD rows for November to ensure they are as complete as possible, and will align with the AI generation tool. Also need to ensure the pick is still a solid choice - Do they have inventory?

Important fields include:

  • Content Focus - Ensure it is specific and everything is spelled correctly. DO NOT include trademarks as it will break reporting.

  • Destination URL - Must be there to ensure content is linked to a specific page

  • Secondary Keywords - Please include any keyword variations that you would like included in the generated content. Comma separate all keywords in the fwd(do not use a line break).

  • Content Notes - This is where we will add any special instructions for the piece of content such as listing a certification or something the dealer specifically wants listed.

  2. Put your final reviewed and edited version ready for posting in column T.

    1. Add any notes on issues/improvements related to the AI content in column X.

  3. Use column U to mark when each row is completed “Complete” or block “On Hold”.

  4. Check yourself off below when you have completed this step.

Note: If a customer is missing from the FWD Export please add them to the tab ”Missing in FWD Export”.
