Next, you’ll need to locate an image you wish to use and license unless the image has already been licensed.

To license a stock image:

  1. Search for an appropriate image in the search bar.

  2. After locating an image you want to license, click on the image to expand it.

  3. Click on the blue “License” button.

  4. This will download the image to your computer. You don’t need to do anything with the downloaded image.

  5. If the image is already licensed, there will be a checkmark on the button and it will say “Licensed.” If this is the case, simply click on the image.

To search for an appropriate image that has already been licensed:

  1. At the top of the page, click on the LeadVenture account dropdown menu and choose “License History.” This will take you to a page that lists all the images that have already been licensed.

  2. Find an image you wish to use and click on the image ID number to go to a webpage that only has that image.

Info

Note: To search the collection of licensed images, use the search bar at the top of the screen. It should already show a “License history” filter.

Info

Note: Do not choose any images that say “Buy” or “Buy License.”

Once the image is licensed, copy the url at the top of the page with an expanded image or a webpage that only contains the image.

Use a url shortener to make the url more manageable (Adobe Stock links can be long and unruly).

Copy and paste the url shortener navigate to a page that only contains that image by clicking on the file number on the bottom left hand side of the expanded image result.

Image Added
