Checking active SEO clients getting service fulfilled (based off the monthly tracking sheets) against a CRM list of clients with active SEO project services being billed. This will help ensure that all clients that are being billed for SEO are actually receiving services and clean up the CRM.
No progress from billing yet on the missing contract items investigation, will follow up w/Reina next week audit handed off to billing but was stalled due to impending Salesforce migration. Will repeat the audit after SF migration.
