30 Jun 2023 Finished going through list of clients SEO is fulfilling but don’t have active SEO Contract items, will summarize issues, action items, and tentative due dates and email to team next week.

07 Jul 2023 Created a breakdown of clients with SEO contract item issues, the likely causes, and whether the issue is expected to continue with changed processes. Emailed to Lance & Grant to pass along to Erica.

14 Jul 2023 A list of clients we are fulfilling but were missing active contract items in the CRM were sent to CS and billing on 7/3, CS has added comments but still waiting for billing to look at it. Concluded that only billing can handle any clients that had duplicate contract items.

21 Jul 2023 Billing investigated 12 clients without active SEO contract items and left notes on whether to cancel or fulfill clients. There are still 3 clients that need further investigation. Set to offboard specified clients on 7/24.

28 Jul 2023 resolved 11/12 clients that we were fulfilling without active SEO contract items in the CRM, billing will move on to investigating clients with missing RM or YT contract items next week.

18 Aug 2023 No progress from billing yet on the missing contract items investigation, will follow up w/Reina next week.

25 Aug 2023 no updates as Reina was out this week & I will be out next week.

08 Sep 2023 work has stalled for now; been pushed down list of priorities under SF training.

19 Sep 2023 audit handed off to billing but was stalled due to impending Salesforce migration. Will repeat the audit after SF migration.
