When there are multiple DigMS Ops Team - PDM Outreach: Intake callfulfillment tasks, you will close out fulfillment requests with the following fulfillment types:

Step 3: Ensure that the Fulfillment Type is one of the two mentioned above.

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and click the first checkbox to highlight all items.

Step 5: Click the Update Status button, then select Status: Close and Closure Reason: Not Applicable.

Step 6: Scroll back up to the fulfillment request record and click any pencil icon to begin editing the record.
Step 5: Modify 7: Back at the task, modify the following fields exactly as follows:
Fulfillment Detail Stage: Complete
Status: Closed
Closure Reason: Not Applicable
Go-Live Actual Date: (Same as System Information Created By date)
Declined
Fulfillment Description: Duplicate.
Step 68: Save the record by clicking the Save button at the bottom.
