Checking active SEO clients getting service fulfilled (based off the monthly tracking sheets) against a CRM list of clients with active SEO project services being billed. This will help ensure that all clients that are being billed for SEO are actually receiving services and clean up the CRM.
21 Billing investigated resolved 11/12 clients that we were fulfilling without active SEO contract items and left notes on whether to cancel or fulfill clients. There are still 3 clients that need further investigation. Set to offboard specified clients on 7/24in the CRM, billing will move on to investigating clients with missing RM or YT contract items next week.
