07 Created a breakdown A list of clients with SEO contract item issues, the likely causes, and whether the issue is expected to continue with changed processes. Emailed to Lance & Grant to pass along to Ericawe are fulfilling but were missing active contract items in the CRM were sent to CS and billing on 7/3, CS has added comments but still waiting for billing to look at it. Concluded that only billing can handle any clients that had duplicate contract items.
