Checking active SEO clients getting service fulfilled (based off the monthly tracking sheets) against a CRM list of clients with active SEO project services being billed. This will help ensure that all clients that are being billed for SEO are actually receiving services and clean up the CRM.
Finished going through list Created a breakdown of clients SEO is fulfilling but don’t have active SEO Contract items, will summarize issues, action items, and tentative due dates and email to team next weekwith SEO contract item issues, the likely causes, and whether the issue is expected to continue with changed processes. Emailed to Lance & Grant to pass along to Erica.
