titleStep 1: Generate Site Map

  • Open the (blue star) Admin Tool by adding “/admin” at the end of the dealer’s website, go to “DS Admin” and select the “Sitemap Generator” option.

E.g. https://www.1stchoicetrailers.com/admin

  • Once there, click the “Build Sitemap” button

titleStep 2: Review Notepad ++ extension

  • Open Notepad ++ Tool and locate the FTP folder for the site, expand it, open the “content” folder and open the sitemap.xml file.

  • Verify that the URL extension added is “HTTP”

titleStep 3: Add sitemap to GSC

  • Open GSC, search for the client's property and select the “Sitemaps” option on the right side of the page.
