Gemma adds the sale information to the Digital Marketing Monthly Planner for the corresponding brand; ARI or Dealerspike
Gemma creates a card on the First Months Task Board in Trello within 24 hours of the sale closing
Katie will assign a rep for each SEO sale within the first 24 hours of the sale's closing and add them to our Monthly Tracking Sheet.
The Juniper team will then have 48 hours to complete the setup for the sale, and the first task on the card will be to check if a client sheet exists or to create a new client sheet if one does not.
The Juniper team will then add the client sheet link to both the Monthly Tracking Sheet and the CRM Digital Marketing Project.
Does the launch team need a notification of the sale? Christina is going to follow up with me early next week to let me know what the process should be to notify her teams.
How will they tee it up? What is the timeline for them to kick it over to us? - On the first call (Within a couple of weeks avg, 14 days) - Will tell the client that outreach will be reaching out soon.
How will we be notified if they are ready for intake? - Create an outreach-ready template for Launch/implementation.
