  • Katie will assign a rep for each SEO sale within the first 24 hours of the sale's closing and add them to our Monthly Tracking Sheet.

  • The Juniper team will then have 48 hours to complete the setup for the sale, and the first task on the card will be to check if a client sheet exists or to create a new client sheet if one does not.

  • The Juniper team will then add the client sheet link to both the Monthly Tracking Sheet and the CRM Digital Marketing Project.

  • Does the launch team need a notification of the sale? Christina is going to follow up with me early next week to let me know what the process should be to notify her teams.
