How do I manage unit photos in ARI Mobile (Android)?

Take a New Photo:

  1. From the stream view or from a unit detail view, touch the Photos button.
  2. Touch the Camera icon  in the top-right corner of the photo manager screen.
  3. Older versions only: Choose the Camera option when prompted between Documents or Camera. 
  4. Snap a photo using your device camera. Landscape orientation is required.
  5. Touch Save to add your new photo, or Discard and retake.

Add an Existing Photo From Device Library:

  1. From the stream view or from a unit detail view, touch the Photos button.
  2. Touch the Gallery icon  at the bottom of the photo manager screen.
  3. Older versions only: Touch the Camera icon, then choose the Documents option when prompted between Documents or Camera.
  4. Find the photo you wish to use. Tapping the image will add this image and return you to the photo manager screen. Long press (push and hold) on an image will allow you to select multiple images. Once you have finished selecting, press the Open button in the top right corner.
  5. Your photo(s) will be added to the unit and will be visible on the photo manager screen.

Set a New Primary Image:

  1. From the stream view or from a unit detail view, touch the Photos button. 
  2. Press your phone's menu button and select Resquence from the menu.
  3. Press and hold on the image you wish to assign as Primary.
  4. Drag it to the first position in the top-left corner of your screen.
  5. Press the X icon in the upper right corner to stop sequencing photos and save your changes.

Sequence Images:

  1. From the stream view or from a unit detail view, touch the Photos button. 
  2. Press your phone's menu button and select Resquence from the menu.
  3. Press and hold on the image you wish to resequence.
  4. Drag it to the desired position. The image positioned in the top-left corner of your screen will be the unit's Primary Image.
  5. Press the X icon in the upper right corner to stop sequencing photos and save your changes.

Remove Photos:

  1. From the stream view or from a unit detail view, touch the Photos button.
  2. Press and hold on the photo you wish to remove.
  3. You will notice the photo will be outlined in green and a Delete option becomes available in the top right corner of your screen.
  4. Select additional photos to remove or press the Delete button.
  5. Confirm that you wish to delete.
