How do I activate drop shipping through Complete Medical Supplies?

If you carry the Complete Medical Supplies catalog on your ARI website, you have the ability to fulfill orders directly through Complete Medical Supplies.

Activating Drop Shipping (for Complete Medical Dealers)

  1. For any dealer who has the Complete Medical Supplies catalog active on their website, log into Command Center and navigate to Integrations



  2. Select the following options:

    1. Type: Choose “Other”
    2. System: Choose “Drop Shipping”
    3. Complete Medical Supplies: Enter your Complete Medical Distributor ID
    4. Click Save
