How do I add a promotion code to my site?

To add a promotion code for use by consumers on your site, follow these steps.

Adding a Promotion Code to Your Site

  1. Navigate to the Promotions > Custom Promotions area of the Command Center.
  2. Click on the Add Subtotal Promotion button to add a promotion based on the total items being purchased.
  3. Click on the Add Shipping Promotion button to add a promotion that applies to the shipping amount of the order.

Subtotal Promotions

Subtotal promotions apply to the amount of the purchase minus tax and shipping fees. You can choose from dollar or percentage off discounts. Three types of promotion are available to allow you to choose if the offer can be combined with any other promotions that you may be running.

Shipping Promotions

Shipping promotions apply to only the shipping amount. You can choose from a flat-rate discount price or free shipping per delivery method.
