Feb 1, 2023 Whole team has been trained on the new keyword list building and organization. More trainings for other verticals to come.
Feb 10, 2023 Getting lots of concern about being able to finish before the end of the month. Going to explore some additional resource options next week.
Mar 3, 2023 reps are finishing up keyword audits this first week of March, most reps are 2/3rds or more complete. They have been instructed to finish audits before moving on to March work.
Mar 6, 2023 Reps are continuing to finish up their KW lists and putting them on the grouping doc for Jahson to finish up. The reps will be uploading the finished list throughout the month until it is complete.
Mar 8, 2023 List are all completed and are being grouped by Jahson in the background and uploaded throughout the month.
Mar 20, 2023 Lists are still being grouped by Jahson and he said they would be complete by Thursday at the latest. Reps will need some additional time afterwards to check and upload the completed lists.
Mar 24, 2023 Met with Gabe and Francisco about having them group keywords in SEOmonitor in April. Francisco is going to be testing ~10 clients this month.
Apr 4, 2023 All keyword are uploaded and Francisco is testing grouping in the SEOmonitor this month. Going to follow up with him at some point this week to ensure it went smoothly.
Apr 17, 2023 Can report that SEOmon grouping works for monthly reports. Had some issues with QTR reports but hopefully those go away.
