Purpose

This ChatGPT extension will help you complete your standard monthly on-site work more efficiently while generating content that adequately fits the dealership and the inventory on the page.
It will generate the following fields: Title Tag, Meta Description, H1, and Banner Content.

DISCLAMER: While AI tools like HARPA/ChatGPT can offer substantial benefits, they should be used in conjunction with human expertise and judgment. They are tools that assist in decision-making but may not replace the strategic thinking, creativity, and context that a human SEO professional can bring to the table.

Using HARPA AI:

  1. To start generating content, first click the "/..." in the lower right OR start to type “/lv” in the text box, then select the "LV Category Page SEO" task prompt.

  1. Fill in the Reference Information.

Business Name = Dealership Name as it appears on the site

Product = Inventory the page is focusing on (Example: Motorcycles, Polaris UTVs, Used Tractors)

Keywords = These should be tracked keywords pulled from SEOmonitor

Locations = Physical and/or Target Locations

*Include trademarks on Makes/Models in your Product and keyword lists.

  1. Once the Reference Information has been filled out, click the blue arrow to generate the content.

Ask HARPA for different versions of the metadata and page text:

It’s beneficial to ask HARPA for multiple versions of titles, descriptions, H1s, and page texts in order to have options to choose from, instead of being limited to just one for each type. In the prompt field for HARPA, type:

“Write 3 different versions of each type and group them by field.”

This will not only give you 3 options for metadata and page texts, but group all the titles, meta descriptions, H1s, and page texts together to make it easier to compare them against the other options in their appropriate field.

  1. EDIT and VERIFY!

Read through the content that was generated. Add in missing trademarks if necessary. You are ultimately responsible for what ends up on the site, so verify that it is correct and makes sense for the page and dealership. Double-check the content with Grammarly.

  1. Once edited, copy and paste the generated text into the correct snippets on the site.

**Be sure also to add internal links to the page if there are none.

 

Issues / Feedback / Comments:

  • Tone: Refrain from “premier” or pretentious verbiage

  • Unable to differentiate between physical location and target/nearby locations

  • It often adds the dealership name to the Title Tag

  • Not carrying over trademarks used in the “Reference Information”; Need to adjust the System Prompt
