Purpose
This SOP serves as a guide to complete monthly SEO reports for ARI and Dealers Spike
Procedure
Inputs:
Leadventure Ninjacat account.
Previously set up client account.
The QA team will be QA’ing the work done import tab for clients and should be done by the end of the month.
The keyword updater tool will be running the first few hours of the first day of the month. It doesn’t matter if the first lands on a Saturday or Sunday.
In the account tab search for the name of the dealer you’re running the report for.
In the reports section, look for the one made with the SEO Report 5.0 template.
Click on the 3 white dots on the right side of the reports section and click on Run Report or Run New Report to create a new report (Little guy running icon).
After the report has run and your team lead/manager has approved the send-off go back into the client’s account and send the report by clicking on the three white dots and then on Send (the paper plane icon).
Outputs:
Report created and sent.
FAQs
Check if the Report column on the WDI has a yes on the rows you want to report.
Check for any column titles missing.
Be sure to have a corresponding date in the first column of the WDI tab.
Make sure the Ninjacat account has a Google sheet data source with a mapping pointing into the Work Done Import tab for that client.

If there are no positive rank change keywords, this is expected.
