Dealer Spike
Connect to the Wilsonville VPN.
Find the existing Reviews or Testimonials page
In the migration spreadsheet, select the row to be worked on place an X in the Started cell to indicate that this one’s been started.
Visit the dealer website and find Reviews, Testimonials, or Read Testimonials in the navigation.
Note the URL for that page: it should contain something like --testimonials, --reviews, or --xtestimonials.
If that page doesn’t exist at all, access the FTP and add the navigation item to the relevant top-level nav [usually About Us or Dealer Info, less often Contact Us].
Ctrl-click the Admin URL cell to open the site’s admin page.
In the navigation bar, click DS Admin.
Click Manage Snippets.
Once it reloads, you will see a box with multiple fields on the right-hand side.
In the box that says “Default,” select Page.
In the box that says “Select Page Content,” find Page:[pagename].
Page:reviews, Page:testimonials, or Page:xtestimonials. If you spot a new variation let someone know.
Click custom below Page:[pagename].
If that page isn’t in the list, create a new page [otherwise, skip ahead]
Type the value you found in the URL above [reviews, testimonials, xtestimonials] into the Page Name box.
Type custom into the Content Name box.
Click New.
From the Select Page Content box, choose the page you just created.
Replace the snippet
8. Toggle “Source” in the top left of the editor.
9. Copy the snippet below, select all in the editor, and paste this snippet to replace any existing tags.

10. Click “Save.”
Test the page
Visit the page and ensure that it displays reviews.
Note anything that is unexpected or not working in the Issues? field on the spreadsheet.
If all is working, tick the Complete box in the spreadsheet.
Update Navigation
ARI
Find the existing Reviews or Testimonials page
Navigate to the ARI CMS - https://ari-cms.com/ and log in with your user account
Copy the dealer’s site URL and paste it into the account search field:
It will reload to the account page.
Expand Site and click Pages.
Look for a page called Reviews or Testimonials.
If that page isn’t in the list, create a new page [otherwise skip ahead]
Click the green “Add Page” button at the top left of the list
Fill out the following details:
Page Title: Reviews
Page File Name: /reviews
Click Save.
Update the Reviews page with a new Component
Click Dashboard on the top of the left-hand rail.
Scroll down to find the Sites section.
Click Components.
Once it reloads, you will see a list of component types.
Find and click the list item labeled “</> Custom Components”
Scroll to the bottom of the expanded list and click the green +.
Add a New Custom Component Component Instance [sic].
There’s a new box in the list titled “ (No Title), ” in an apparently random place. You might need to scroll up a bit to find it.
Click the green gear icon on the right-hand side of the box
Enter the following information:
Component Title - Reviews
Body Output Template: Paste the code snippet below.

Scroll to “Component Page Rules” and click the green “ + Add a page rule to your template.”
Click the page drop-down menu and select the review page you created previously
Click the green “Save and Exit” button at the bottom of the page.
Update the Layout
Click the Dashboard on the left-hand rail and scroll to the sites box once more.
Click the “Layouts” button
Once it reloads, click the green pill labeled “ Internal Layout”
Click the “Main Content” drop-down then select “Individual Components Below Page Assets”
Scroll to the bottom of the expanded list and click the green “ + Add Element ”
From the pop-up find and click “ </> Custom Components”
Find the “Reviews” component you created earlier and click it.
Scroll to the top and click the customer’s name.
From the drop-down click Publish Changes.
Publish and Test
At the top-right of the screen, click the business name and then click Publish Changes.
Navigate to /reviews. The page should look something like the image below.
Check to ensure that the reviews displayed are the correct reviews for this business.
If anything doesn’t look right, make a note in the spreadsheet and move on to the next row.
If you created a new page and everything works, update the site navigation
Navigate to Site → Navigation
Click +Child on the Company Info or About Us row.
In the Site Page input, type Reviews
In the Link Name input, type Reviews
Click Save Navigation.
Clean up the nav. If there’s a Review Us page or a separate Testimonials page, remove these from the navigation.
Publish your changes
At the top-right of the screen, click the business name and then click Publish Changes.
Troubleshooting
Settings within PSM/LWD
https://admin.localwebdominator.com/ → Search Dealer → Basic Dealer Information
Status = Active
Dealership Home Page matches browser URL including www if present on site
Website Tracking Script = Active
2. Settings within Customer Connections
Customer Connections [ds.customerconnections.io]
Dashboard: Google Reviews are not 0
3. Try adding the GUID into the Script tag
If reviews still do not load, try adding the GUID from Reputation Management Admin → Account Settings into the Script tag in the CMS.
