Reputation Offboarding
This guide will walk you through how to offboard each component of the reputation management product. Since they can all be sold separately, some steps may be repeated but following all steps will ensure you are completing the offboard without missing anything.
Review Requests
Locate the card in the offboarding column of the Reputation Management Trello Board
Log into the LV Reputation Management Tool for the correct brand
Click the gear icon in the top right, then click “Account Management.”
Use the search bar to locate the correct account/location(s)
Click the “Select this Dealer” button on the right-hand side of the account row
Mid-way down the page you land on, you will see two toggles labeled:
“Reputation Management”
“Review Widget on Site”
Make sure “Reputation Management” is toggled off
Click the green “Save” button
Next, you will need to click “Users” on the left-hand rail
Delete all users listed by clicking the red “x” on the far right side of the user rows
Check to make sure there are no other components included. If there are, move on to offboarding those components.
If there are no other components, navigate to the Reputation Management Trello Board.
Leave a note in the description of the day the service was turned off and archive the card by clicking the “Archive” button on the bottom of the right-hand rail of the card.

Review Response
Navigate to the following sheet for each brand:
For Dealer Spike, go to the following spreadsheet: DealerSpike Master Location List
For ARI, go to the following spreadsheet: ARI Master Location List
In the “A” column, put the letter “D” on the line for the location you wish to cancel.
Then highlight the whole row and make it red so it sticks out to the fulfillment team at Merchant Centric
Check to make sure there are no other components included. If there are, move on to offboarding those components.
If there are no other components, navigate to the Reputation Management Trello Board.
Leave a note in the description of the day the service was turned off and archive the card by clicking the “Archive” button on the bottom of the right-hand rail of the card.

Website Review Tool
Turn Off The Feed
Locate the card in the offboarding column of the Reputation Management Trello Board
Log into the LV Reputation Management Tool for the correct brand

Remove Review Page On Site
Dealer Spike:
Connect to the Wilsonville VPN
Navigate to the dealer’s admin by going to the website and adding “/admin” at the end of the URL.
Example: dealership.com/admin
In the navigation bar, click “DS Admin”
In the middle column of the drop-down, click “Manage Snippets”
Once it reloads, you will see a box with multiple fields on the right-hand side.
For the first drop-down, click it and select “Page”
In the “Page Name” dropdown find and select the “reviews” page
You should see a box that looks like this:
Click the “Delete” button with red text
Removing Page From Navigation:
To have the page removed navigation, you will need to email support.
For Dealer Spike, use: support@dealerspike.com
Use the following email template:
Subject: Remove Review Page From the Main Nav
Body:
Hello Support!
Could you please assist in removing [PAGE URL] from the main navigation of [Website URL]?
It is contained in the nav under the following path: [main tab > Subtab]

ARI:
Navigate to the ARI CMS - https://ari-cms.com/ and log in with your user account
Copy the dealer’s site URL and paste it into the account search field:
It will reload to the account page
From there, you will need to locate the “reviews” page by clicking “Site > Pages” on the left-hand rail.
It will load the list of pages on the site; scroll down until you find the correct “reviews” page and click it
It will load the “Page Details”
Near the top of the new page, you will see a check box that is labeled - “Active”
Uncheck the box, scroll to the bottom and click the green “Save” button
Removing Page From Navigation:
On the left-hand rail, you will click “Site” > “Navigation.”
From there, the page will reload and display the full list of links in the navigation.
Scroll through the list, find the “reviews” page and then click the red “x” on the far right of the row
Check Card and Archive
Once you have completed the above steps:
Check to make sure there are no other components included. If there are, move on to offboarding those components.
If there are no other components, navigate to the Reputation Management Trello Board.
Leave a note in the description of the day the service was turned off and archive the card by clicking the “Archive” button on the bottom of the right-hand rail of the card.
