General Information
Here you'll find some broad, department wide information we'd like you to keep handy. New Around Here?
One of the major setbacks the Marketing Automation team faces is a lack of new hire training. Many feel they have not been set up for success, and while some courses and readings have been outlined below, really what the team needs is a training track to make sure everyone is on the same page, understands their responsibilities, and even more, how to accomplish them. We LOVE our new hires and we NEED to set them up for success, it's the only way they'll be able to exceed expectations. The primary Q3 2020 goal should be the building of a training track to clear up any confusion and set everyone up for success!
