Fluency: Launching a New Account

  1. Open Fluency and navigate to the "Manage" page.
  2. Select "+ Add".
  3. Complete the required fields in the 'Account Settings' section
  4. In the "Budget Account Settings", input your account's total monthly budget in the "Approved Account Budget" field.

  5. Under 'Account Preferences', assign a user, enter your account domain, choose a vertical associated with your domain, and ensure "Automatic" is selected for Reverse Sync.  
  6. Provide your address and other necessary information.
  7. Once all 4 fields have been completed, click "Save".
  8. If your account already exists in Google Ads, Bing or Facebook, click the Sub-Accounts tab, then enter in the Reference ID (the 10-digit Google Ads CID number) in the relative field(s). 
  9. Note that if you are creating a brand new account (and want Fluency to create the Google Ads account) and complete steps 7-16, the Reference ID will automatically be generated after launching the account.
  10. If you have already created a Google Ads account and do not enter the CID number in the Reference ID field, Fluency will create a duplicate Google Ads account!


  1. Click the Blueprint tab, then select the “Polling Sources” subtab.
  2. Fill in the following to create an inventory list:
    1. List name: inventory
      1. "inventory" must remain lowercase and spelled correctly
    2. Update Frequency: 24
      1. This means the list will update every 24 hours.
    3. Polling Sourcehttps://www.[domainname].com/feeds.asp?feed=DigitalMarketingFeed
      1. Replace [domaninname] with your dealer's URL.
  3. Click Preview Data to QA the link, then click “Save”.
  4. Navigate to the Launch page and select + Add Account”.

  5. Search for your newly created account, input the monthly budget and select the Blueprint(s) from the drop-down menu that you would like to be applied to your account. Then select+ add”.
  6. In the Launch Queuefind your account and select the “Review” (the eye) icon to preview each of the Blueprints that have been applied to the account.
  7. QA the account and resolve errors/warnings, if necessary.
  8. Once the Blueprint is ready to be applied to the account and launched, select Launch”.
  9. Launching an account will automatically create a new account within the Google Ads network if you did not previously enter a Reference ID in step 6
    1. This new account will automatically be linked to Fluency. 
      1. You can access the newly created Reference ID in the “Manage” tab under “Account Settings”.
