Marketing First Month Task Board (NEW)

The Marketing First Month Task Board (NEW) on Trello allows for clear communication between the Dealer Spike Marketing Department and our Juniper team. When a sale first occurs, Juniper goes through the initial setup process for an SEM/SEO/MA/TDA account before the reps take over. The process is outlined as the following:

  1. Sale is made and information is put in DS Digital Marketing New Sales chat (Teams)
  2. The Digital Marketing Operations Team creates a card the Marketing First Month Task Board (NEW) with the relevant labels and reps to represent the client's marketing packages. 
  3. Intake call is scheduled and completed by Account Managers. 
  4. Juniper completes the following setup for SEM clients: 
    1. Google Analytics
    2. Google Tag Manager
    3. NinjaCat
  5. Rep finishes remaining setup.
  6. Account is set live.
