Creating A Report

If a client has SEM and TDA, each month you will run the SEM Report 2.0 template. This will create a report with both the SEM and TDA data for the previous month. 

If you are creating a new report for a TDA only or SEO/TDA only client, follow these steps:

1. Open NinjaCat.
2. Click "Reporting".
3. Select "Create A Report". 
4. Select your account from the dropdown menu. 
5. Under "Template" choose "TDA 2.1 Report".
   
   
6. Under "Schedule Type" select "Monthly".
7. Repeat: 1
8. Day of month: 5
9. Time: 6:00PM
   
   
10. No need to override.
11. Rename the file to "[Dealer Name] Monthly Targeted Digital Advertising Report".
12. Publish to dashboard. 
13. The report will automatically get sent to the contact listed in the account's settings. If you want to override this email recipient, fill out the email section with the new desired recipient. 
14. Save your changes.
