Off-Boarding Procedure

Sometimes a client decides to cancel. It happens. Don't take it personally.

Follow the steps below to make sure you've removed them from the tool and removed any related tracking components from their website.

Removing the Tracking Component from the Website

  1. On the client’s account dashboard of the CMS, go down to Sites and click on Components.


  1. Under Custom Component, search for the Marketing Automation Form Tracker and delete it or deactivate it.


Removing the Account from the MA Platform

Log into ARI's agency account and go to "Manage Clients". Select your client that is cancelling and select "Remove Client"
