- Determine what tools need to be audited month
- Perform complete audits for each tool to off-board historically missed customer offboards
- Implement monthly process to audit for completes of SEO Off-boarding(Gemma’s work)
- Including audit of customers in tooling vs paying customers
- Monthly audit of SEO customer list(ARI & DS Monthly Sheets) against paying customer list (to identify missed onboards, missed off-boards, or missed billing stop/starts)
- Create a document with all recurring audits in a table noting the time of month they should be completed.
- Create corresponding TeamLead Checklist items for each recurring audit.
- Document & Implement process to send the outcome of each audit to Grant and Lance.
