Description

Determine what SEO tools need to be audited. Create additional projects to audit individual tools and to implement monthly off boarding audit to ensure complete off boarding from SEO tooling and add to Team Lead Check List. Also add to the audit list auditing the full customer list from CRM(customers, rep assignments, others?)

Expanding scope, please also implement a monthly audit of the customer list(ARI & DS monthly sheets against CRM) I want to ensure we have 100% fulfillment monthly. Probably schedule this for the 11th or 12th monthly.

Perform complete audits for each tool to off-board historically missed customer offboards
Implement monthly process to audit for completes of SEO Off-boarding(Gemma’s work)

Including audit of customers in tooling vs paying customers

Monthly audit of SEO customer list(ARI & DS Monthly Sheets) against paying customer list (to identify missed onboards, missed off-boards, or missed billing stop/starts)
Create a document with all recurring audits in a table noting the time of month they should be completed.
Create corresponding TeamLead Checklist items for each recurring audit.
Document & Implement process to send the outcome of each audit to Grant and Lance.
