Adjust the Search keywords as needed to locate a match within ARI's published product data. You may only Finalize new units in ARI mobile if they match product data that has been published by ARI (generally, 2006 and newer). If you need to Finalize inventory that is older or does not match ARI's published data, you may do so within Command Center - afterwards, you'll be able to view the unit in ARI Mobile.
The year/make/model data sent to ARI Mobile from your Lightspeed system may not match our published data library without adjustment as described in Step 5. If you are having trouble finding matches to finalize your inventory, try eliminating abbreviations and reducing the complexity of your search. For example, try adjusting a query like "2015 Pol 570 SPMN X2 EPS" to "2015 Polaris 570". The adjusted query may have more matches for you to scroll through, but it will also be more likely to contain your desired match (2015 Polaris Industries Sportsman X2 570 EPS).
