All statistics in the Command Center dashboard represent the previous 30 days.

Lead Value is based on the pricing you set for your products and services. In some instances, where you have not priced products or services, ARI will include manufacturer MSRP or industry average values. This will provide a clear picture of the total value of leads on your ARI website.

Tip: Website leads are just like phone leads or customers walking in to your store; they are customers ready to purchase. The sooner you follow up with website leads, the better chance you'll have to turn Lead Value into revenue.
