The Messages editor allows you to control the text and image content that displays after a customer submits a web form or an Ecommerce order.  Users can also apply ad campaign codes to these pages, for ad tracking purposes.  Please note: These messages and ad codes apply only to web forms on your Ecommerce pages and your checkout. Web forms on responsive-designed pages are not editable by users.

1. Go to Site > Messages

2. Find the Ecommerce-only option that applies and click Edit



3. Add your custom form message and click Save.


4. If you need to embed a Google or Bing ad tracking code to one of your Ecommerce forms or to the Ecommerce checkout page, navigate to the option in the Site Messages list and click Google/Bing Ad Codes.

5. Paste your code into either the Google Adwords or Bing Ad Center form field (whichever applies) and click Save.
