Outreach emails are to be sent the same day the access request goes out. Phone calls are to be made 24 hours after each email attempt. A total of 3 emails and 3 call attempts (~1 month of work) are to be made for each client.

Attempt 1

Hello {Name},

I have sent a request for access to your Facebook Business account as part of your Facebook advertising service with {Dealer Spike/ARI}. It is a crucial step in getting your ad campaign(s) set up. In order to accept the request, you must be either the page owner or an admin on the account. The request can be found under the bell icon “notifications” on the Facebook platform. If you are unable to find the notification please let me know.
