When you have products that you want to sell that are not in the ARI subscribed catalogs currently available, follow the below instructions:

Step-by-Step Guide

On the Command Center > Store > Custom Products page, there is a button for "Import Custom Products" that will allow you to import a CSV of products that will create a new catalog or update one already in existence. Also available is the ability to upload a ZIP file of images that match the file names specified in your CSV.

  1. Download the file template by clicking on the Sample CSV link
  2. Review the list of required and optional fields




  3. Build out your CSV. You do not need to create the catalog before importing your CSV; the system will create the catalog if it does not already exist.
    1. You can create entirely new catalogs or include only the items that you wish to add to an already existing catalog with this upload.
  4. Once your CSV is ready for upload, choose your catalog year, industry, and company in Step 1.



  5. In Step 2, browse your computer for your file and select it.
    1. If you file has header information, check the corresponding box.
  6. Click the Import File button in Step 3 to upload your CSV.



  7. To upload associated images to your catalog, repeat Step 1 and Step 2. Then click on the Import File button in Step 4.

 

Your CSV must contain all of the columns that are in the sample, and they must be in the same order. Do not remove or reorder the columns.
