Job Goals & Objectives: 

The Digital Marketing Fulfillment Specialist will assist in daily operations of the Digital Marketing Services Department supporting LeadVenture GTM Brands, while maintaining the Company Values at their highest standards.  

Job Summary: 

The Digital Marketing Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for assisting with set ups for specific revenue generating products which include but are not limited to Yext and Facebook SEM. This individual will perform client outreach duties to retrieve the necessary information to launch digital marketing products, improving the efficiency of the launch process. The Digital Marketing Fulfillment Coordinator will work closely with the Digital Marketing Operations Lead to ensure a positive client experience throughout the launch process for the specified Digital Marketing products.  

Qualifications/Skills: 

  • Associates Degree in Business Administration, or Marketing, preferred 

  • 2+ years’ experience managing customer-facing projects 

  • Ability to work with others in a team environment  

  • Ability to problem solve and develop creative solutions  

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills  

  • Ability to collaborate with remote teams in different time zones 

  • Strong time management and organizational skills 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Retrieves relevant client information necessary to launch products 

  • Accurately implements client information into appropriate channels  

  • Regular communication with team leads, specifically on technical and customer issues 

  • Uses appropriate judgement in upward communication regarding customers and any concerns that arise 

  • Stays up to date with systems in the workplace while staying abreast of emerging digital marketing technologies 

  • Other duties assigned from time to time 

Reports: 

  • Reports identifying status of set up completions and outstanding set ups 

Working Environment: 

  • Duties and responsibilities may require working during non-business hours, including weekdays, and weekends  

Personal Development 

  • Keeps up to date with DSBL’s Employee Handbook and Acceptable Use Policy.
