Unsuccessful Outreach Efforts

Our outreach efforts for Yext are considered as successful when the client successfully links their accounts to Yext; however, there are many factors that we are unable to control. Perpetual effort is unsustainable, therefore we need to establish an ending to the attempts as follows:

At this point in time for DSB clients, please move the card to the Completed column and remove them from the Client Outreach - Yext spreadsheet to clear them from the outreach queue.

No further action is required for other SEO clients.

Successful Outreach Efforts

An outreach is considered as successful when the client agrees to connect both their Facebook and Google My Business accounts to the Yext platform. When this happens:

  • Move the DSB clients to the Completed column with a note that connection was successful in the comment section.

  • Remove client from the Client Outreach - Yext spreadsheet.

  • You may send a courtesy note to the Account Manager that the outreach attempts were successful, but this is not a requirement.
